Today is 12/21 – that's Opposite Day in the Hunter house…
You know, opposites – 12… 21… I guess we could call it Palindrome Day, but that would confuse our kids.
On Opposite Day, we do the same stuff – just backwards
- We Woke Up
- We took off PJs and put on clothes
- We did our hugs and prayers
- We did the Advent Box
- We ate supper
- (stuff happened)
- We ate lunch
- (stuff happened)
- We ate breakfast
Then opposite Day was over – and we (parents) had datenight while the kids had datenight (playtime) with Mamaw & Papaw L.
This is the 2nd or 3rd Annual Opposite Day at our House and it's pretty fun.
What kinds of fun/goofy traditions did/do you have at YOUR House?
