Hi, I’m Daryl – or DW to my friends. Why DW? My name is Daryl Wayne Hunter. Now you know all you need to know 🙂 I work at Microsoft for my “day job” in Global Customer Success. I am on a small (but mighty!) Technical Strategy team where I focus on all things AI Business Solutions. This is the new iteration of “Modern Work” – all things around the Office 365 / Microsoft 365 ecosystem. I have a particular expertise in Teams Phone, Teams Meeting, Teams Devices. But, I’m finding new joy and energy working directly with customers as they accelerate their use of Microsft 365 products. While I work at Microsoft, this is a personal blog. I am not paid to write these posts. I do this on my own time. I work hard to represent Microsoft well, but, from time to time I’ll write many things that have nothing at all to do with “work” – so – please consider these my words and NOT those of my employer.
I’ve blogged off and on for a while (can you believe this blog has been alive for 18 years now?) although in the last few years, I’m mostly focused on corporate blogs and contributing internal collateral.
